Lu Chengqian,Postdoctoral Researcher, School of Computer Bet365, Central South University。Current research areas include computational biology、Machine Learning、Graph Neural Network,Special focus on long non-coding RNA、Prediction of functions of circular RNAs and their association with diseases。Currently chairing the National Natural Bet365 Foundation of China Youth Fund "Research on the correlation between circular RNA and disease based on latent factor model"。
Bet365 Summary: With the completion of the Human Genome DNA Element Encyclopedia Project,Produced a massive amount of biological Bet365,Discover circRNAs that have important biological functions and are closely related to diseases。Multiple sources of Bet365 characterize the functions of circRNA and other biomolecules in the pathogenesis process from different angles,and changes in related regulatory pathways。How to accurately construct organisms from massive multi-source data、Efficient acquisition of representations of circular RNAs and other disease-causing molecules、Deepening the understanding of the molecular functions of circRNAs and improving the accuracy of predicting the association between circRNAs and diseases are becoming important challenges in the current era of biological Bet365 data。In this report,Will introduce functional mining of circular RNA、A series of Bet365 work on the construction of pathogenic-related multi-source heterogeneous networks and innovative heterogeneous network algorithms。Special cases for biomolecular properties and biological problems,Combined with deep learning、Graph neural network and attention mechanism,Related experiments and case studies show the reliability of the model,Provides meaningful reference for complex disease mechanism Bet365 and drug development。

Chen Xuehan,Postdoctoral researcher at the School of Computer Bet365, Central South University。Dr. Chen Xuehan studied at Central South University for his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and Ph.D.,The tutor is Professor Chen Zhigang;Two years of joint training at Illinois Institute of Technology in the United States from 2017 to 2019,The instructor is Lin X.Professor Cai。The main Bet365 directions are green communications and network optimization, etc.。Currently in IEEE Network、Published many articles in well-known domestic and foreign journals such as IEEE TWC,And presided over 2 national projects。

Guo Lin,Postdoctoral Research Institute of Bet365 Data, Central South University,Assistant Researcher,Is the academic backbone of the "artificial intelligence doctor", the key research direction of the Bet365 Data Research Institute。His current research areas include body area networks、Arrhythmia signal monitoring、Reinforcement Learning and Stochastic System Optimization,Specially focuses on the Bet365 on accurate arrhythmia identification and real-time reliable early warning methods for ECG body area network,Relevant research results were published and accepted in the top Internet of Things journal IEEE Internet of Things Journal (District 1, Chinese Academy of Sciences,IF=9.936) and the top artificial intelligence journal IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (District 1, Chinese Academy of Sciences,IF=11.448)。Dr. Guo Lin received funding from the “National Natural Bet365 Foundation of China Youth Bet365 Fund Project” and the “Third Batch of Postdoctoral Fund Special Grants (in front of the station)” during his stay at the station;In addition,The research project he participated in "Data Processing for Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things" has passed the preliminary online evaluation of the third prize of the Hunan Provincial Natural Bet365 Award in 2021。

Liu Baoju,Postdoctoral researcher at the Bet365 Data Institute of Central South University,is an academic backbone in key research directions such as intelligent application of transportation big data。His current research areas include spatial big data analysis、Human activity pattern recognition and urban complex system optimization,Special focus on modeling of complex geographic spaces、Optimization and Application。Dr. Liu Baoju has been approved by the National Natural Bet365 Foundation of China since joining the site in February 2021,And published 5 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in top journals in IEEE TSMCS and other fields,1 A2 level Chinese core paper,3 authorized invention patents。Also serves as IEEE JSTARS、CEUS、Reviewer of multiple journals such as IJGI。
